Pałac Bonerowski hosts private birthday celebrations for groups of 10 to 80 guests.
Three distinct spaces are available — from the grand Royal Hall to the intimate cellars of the St. John Cocktail Club.
The rooms - three distinct characters
The Royal Hall — 74 m², up to 80 guests. A Renaissance wooden ceiling, wall paintings, and windows overlooking the Main Market Square and St. Mary's Basilica. For groups who wish to celebrate with a degree of occasion, without the anonymity of a large banquet hall.
The Ducal Hall — 34 m², up to 30 guests. A marble Renaissance portal and a balcony overlooking the Square. For those who value intimacy and a private atmosphere at a full five-star standard of service. St.
John Cocktail Club — three rooms in the palace cellars, a refined bar, DJ area, capacity of up to 100 guests. For celebrations where music and informality matter more than a seated dinner. Historic brick vaulting; the entire space reserved exclusively for your party.
Each room is hired for the full day — preparation and decoration time is included.
A tasting menu and sommelier
A birthday is a fitting occasion to depart from the conventional dinner. Head chef Piotr Bernacki composes bespoke tasting menus to order — several courses, each tailored to the character of the occasion, the season, and the ingredients available. A sommelier may suggest wines from our selection to accompany each dish.
The kitchen at Restauracja Amalia is founded on local, seasonal produce. Menus are personalised; vegetarian, vegan, and dietary requirements are readily accommodated.
Décor, personalisation, Service and coordination
The room may be dressed in accordance with a chosen theme — colour palette, flowers, decorative details — arranged individually. The timeless interiors of the palace serve as a distinguished backdrop for both classical arrangements and more inventive ones.
The historic rooms and the view over the Main Market Square make a natural setting for birthday photographs, with no need to seek additional locations in Kraków.
A dedicated event coordinator manages each celebration from first enquiry through to the end of the evening. Waiting staff work exclusively for your guests throughout — to a five-star standard.
Accommodation for guests travelling from elsewhere
- The palace has 16 rooms and suites at five-star standard, accommodating approximately 32–38 adults.
- Children under 8 stay complimentary with their parents.
- Extra beds for older guests: 200 PLN per night.
- Valet parking: 150 PLN per day.
